A/Prof McGregor is regularly invited to teach and operate internationally.

In 2026 he served as faculty at the European Hernia Society Annual Meeting in Porto and taught at the Hernia Essentials course in Seoul as part of the Korean Hernia Society meeting, and he joins the faculty of the MINT meeting in Boston in August.

In March 2027 he will be Course Director of the Foundations 3.0 course at the AWR Deep Impact RED meeting in Mumbai, the largest hernia meeting in the world.

He has previously been an invited speaker throughout the world and has performed live surgery at international meetings in Germany, Brazil, India, South Korea and China, sharing advanced hernia repair techniques with surgical colleagues worldwide.
